These Terms and Conditions (referred to as "Terms" or "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you (as the "Client" or "User") and the SwiftTrade platform, its affiliates, and its operating entities worldwide. Please read this document with utmost care before using the platform.

By creating an account, downloading the app, accessing the platform, or using any of our digital asset trading services, you expressly acknowledge and irrevocably agree to be bound by all the provisions set forth herein. If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately cease using our platform.

The platform reserves the absolute right to modify, update, or revise this Agreement at any time at its sole discretion. Material changes will be communicated, and your continued use of the Services constitutes full acceptance of the updated version.

To access SwiftTrade services, you must meet the following strict eligibility criteria and undergo Identity Verification (Know Your Customer) procedures.

• Age and Legal Authority: You must be of legal age (18 years or older) and have full legal capacity to enter into this contract.
• Geographical Restrictions: You may not use the platform if you reside in a country listed on international embargo lists or subject to economic sanctions by the UN or relevant regulatory authorities.
• Accuracy of Information: You agree to provide true, accurate, and up-to-date information during the registration process conducted via our certified provider (Didit.me), bearing full responsibility for any falsified documents.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including passwords and two-factor authentication (Google Authenticator 2FA) codes. Any activity on your account is deemed personally authorized by you.

At SwiftTrade, we take the privacy of your data with the highest degree of seriousness and encryption. This policy explains how we collect, process, and protect your personal information in compliance with international data protection laws (such as GDPR).

Data Sharing: We do not sell or rent your personal data to any external parties for marketing purposes. Data is shared strictly with authorized service providers (e.g., KYC screening systems) or in response to legal requests from law enforcement authorities.

Encryption and Protection: Your data is stored on cloud servers protected by the latest military-grade symmetric encryption (AES-256) and Transport Layer Security (TLS) protocols.

SwiftTrade is subject to legal and regulatory oversight and implements strict Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Counter-Terrorist Financing (CTF) policies to protect the global financial system.

• Transaction Monitoring: We continuously use Artificial Intelligence to monitor trading behaviors and patterns to detect any suspicious or abnormal activities.
• Asset Freezing: We reserve the right to freeze any account, halt any transaction, or temporarily seize assets if suspected of being linked to criminal activity or money laundering, pending investigations in cooperation with competent authorities.
• Legal Reporting: We are legally bound to report suspicious transactions to Financial Intelligence Units (FIU) in respective countries without prior notice to the client.

The SwiftTrade platform is an order execution interface relying on live market data. By trading on our platform, you are subject to the following rules:

• Price Volatility: Digital asset markets are highly volatile. Displayed prices are live from liquidity providers (e.g., Binance Market Data), and millisecond network delays are possible.
• Order Cancellation: Once a trade order (buy/sell) is executed, it cannot be canceled or reversed under any circumstances and is considered final and binding.
• Internal Trading: Internal transfers between accounts are irreversible, and user errors in entering recipient data fall entirely on the user.
• System Maintenance: The platform reserves the right to halt trading or temporarily suspend markets for emergency maintenance without liability for any missed profits.

You are strictly prohibited from using our services to engage in or support any of the following practices:

Investing in cryptocurrencies and digital assets involves a very high degree of risk and could result in the total loss of your capital. You should not invest money you cannot afford to lose.

• No Financial Advice: All data, charts, recommendations (Signals), and information provided on the platform do not constitute financial or investment advice. You make your decisions independently.
• Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, neither SwiftTrade, its management, nor its employees shall be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the service.
• Force Majeure: We are not liable for any failure or delay in execution resulting from circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, wars, global internet outages, or sudden governmental regulatory changes.

All intellectual property rights in the SwiftTrade website and application, including but not limited to: user interface, design, trademarks, Source Code, algorithms, and text, are the exclusive property and copyright of the Company.

The user is not granted any license to modify, reproduce, or redistribute any part of the platform without prior explicit written consent from the legal department.

The platform reserves the immediate right, at any time, to suspend your access or permanently terminate your account under the following circumstances:

• If we discover a violation of any provision of this Agreement.
• If we are required to do so by a binding court order or directive from a regulatory authority.
• If there is reasonable suspicion that the account is involved in fraudulent operations or poses a high security risk to the system.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international trade laws and recognized digital regulations.

Mandatory Arbitration: Any dispute or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms will initially be settled through amicable negotiation. If no resolution is reached, the dispute will be referred to binding international arbitration, and the right to participate in any Class Action lawsuit is explicitly waived (Class Action Waiver).
